Hi Ms. Lee!

Ms. Lee, many foreign students are worried about their ARC.

I told them that I will try to help.  I understand they are also working while they study.  This is a very good trade.  I did that as well, in the U.S.A. for my Master's.

Ms. Lee, I cannot begin to explain to you how big my doctoral project is.  It literally ends all religious arguments.  It therefore ends the ability of organizations like ISIS to do harm.

The difficulty I face is sharing the idea.  The idea has been misunderstood.  In fact, my last employer wrongfully terminated his contract because he misunderstood.

I aplogize for any confusion.  I am not asking for permission.  I am asking for help.

If we work together, I have a story that will only help our school.  To help us gain more students, I need our school to defer the student fees of 10 students.  I will guarantee the fees if they cannot pay in 8 months.  That was included in the email to you linked at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1InGAXYOJEPmHadzpOb4lX6KASG-l4_vL/view

Ms. Lee, I do not know how "smart" I am.  I do know that I am what people will call "a genius", until they understand that all people share my mind.  To give a specific example, I understand how to stop all droughts in the world, I (believe I) understand how to man-make real gold, and I understand every idea for "right and wrong" comes from just one misunderstanding about not the idea behind the word "God", but our own willingness to work together.

I really only want to help.  I can only help as much as our school allows it.

Because I am... maybe "different", people will think that I sound "extreme".  I am always serious, but students who understand (and have no fear), do find me very funny and really just like a child!  And I love kids because I understand them, and they understand me.  My wife helps me to remember that sometimes misunderstandings just happen.

The reason for this message is three:
1. We can really help each other!
2. I hope we will not misunderstand each other.
3. We can really help the school increase student enrollment permanently (and I mean permanently).

A misunderstanding will happen if I am dismissed.

One reason why the school might think to dismiss me:
I was in jail in Canada for three years for a crime that I did not commit.  In fact, the exclusive purpose from the start was only to help correct a very large false assumption (the lack of legal definition of the word "mind").

If the school will not work with me to fix injustices, then I am now able to absolutely destroy the reputation of the school.

Please do not misunderstand.  I am asking for help.

My goal is to build a university in Canada.  To do that, I need money.  Canada will pay me $888,888,888 Canadian dollars.  They have no choice.  Politicians must side with me.  I need only advertisement.  The rest is time.  Our school can help me shorten that time.

I need confirmation that the student fees for 10 students can be defered.  I will guarantee those fees.

Additionally, CTBC bank is assisting The CTBC School Of Business (across the street from our school), to deceive the government.  That is legally the charge of Fraud (Article 339 of The Republic Of China Criminal Code).  We can sue them if they are unwilling to support the idea in the .doc.
