I was a college teacher in Canada from 2009 until 2012.  It is a big school with many campuses in Ontario, Canada.  It school had about 25,000 students and 3000 teachers in 2010.  It hired me for two positions.  I was teaching and marketing for the school.  Marketing is my natural strength.  I was teaching adult students from foreign countries.  One student was from Russia.  Her name is Ms. Irina Swain.  Her birthday is 14 Oct 1983.  The crime Ms. Swain committed is called criminal negligence.

The Christian bible does not teach people to give money in the name of God.  Many churches claim that the Tithing Principles in Deuteronomy 14:22-29 advocate giving money to God.  But they do not.  In the Book Of Matthew, in the Bible, it says there are only two master: God and Money.  The Bible directly says that we cannot serve both God and Money.  Most international Christian churches actually deceive the public.

City Of Barrie police came to my Canada residence on 31 Aug 2012.  The officers told me not to contact the Mormon church again.  I was only emailing senior U.S.A. Mormon ministers to partner with me in a plan to unite all churches under one God.  U.S.A. minister Tim_Stanlick was the boss of the local Canadian Mormon church.

On 1 Sept 2012, two police detectives arrived.  The Mormons began false rumours about me.  Matthew Swain was the husband of Ms. Irina Swain.  He began accusing me of child abuse.  The Mormons were lying.  Detectives Tanya Lynch and Troy Armstrong told me not to contact the Mormons.  City Of Barrie police said that if I email the Mormons one more time, they will arrest me.

I began this story to advocate for worldwide peace without harm in June 2012.  I thought about what the police were asking.  I decided that the police were advocating for the wrong side.  I decided to continue the argument.  With enough advertisement, people must understand the truth.  After all, it is for an international story to help people understand God.

Canadian law does not allow a religious argument in court of law.  But the only way to correct the false accusations is in court.  The bible also tells the church not to begin criminal proceedings (Matthew 5:25).  There was only one way to do this.

On 3 Sept 2012 I was arrested for possessing 3.5 grams of marijuana.  That was the first time that I was arrested in my life.  That is how this story begins.

Police changed the story immediately.  Detective Brian Read (731) published a police report dated 4 Sept 2012.  The report was written on 3 Sept 2012.  In the report, the detective lied about my arrest.  The detective said that I was arrested for contacting the Mormons.  That is not true.  I was arrested for possession of marijuana on 3 Sept 2012.  I was put into a prison right away.  The prison was inside Royal Victoria Regional Healthcare Centre (RVH Hospital) in Barrie, Ontario.  I am using the Canadian Criminal Code definition of prison.

The police did not give me criminal trial.  The police presumed guilt.  The police considered me to be guilty of all Mormon accusations.  I was put into a prison.  Next I had to argue with doctors for a criminal trial!  Doctors decided that I was delusional about the law.  Doctors Liaqat Ali and Anjana Chawla removed my right to refuse medication.  The specific date was 22 Oct 2012.  After 22 Oct 2012, I was forcibly injected.

I was released from prison on 30 Oct 2012.  I was only allowed to leave because the doctor could tell the police that I refused to take the painful injections, and then the police are allowed to put me back into prison without any excuse.

I received the painful injections for about one month.  The injections stopped on 22 Nov 2012.  At first Ms. Anjana Chawla told me that she will inject me for about one year.  The injections only caused me spinal pain.  When that didn't work, psychiatrist Anjana Chawla bribed me.  Ms. Anjana Chawla asked me to stop writing about her.  I agreed to remove writings with her name from the internet.  In exchange, she stopped the injections.  She did raise the dosage of the last injection.  She was frustrated that the injections did not cause me to admit that I am committing a crime.

Is it a crime to write a book that ends all religious arguments about the common idea behind the words God and Allah?  Is real worldwide peace a crime?  This is directly a story for international justice.  The argument is about mind.  Psychiatrists insist that mind is inside the brain.  I insist that God exists, and churches do not understand what God is.  We all share the mind of God.  Our mind is more than our body.  We are still alive after our bodies die.  We come back again in new bodies for our many separate minds to learn how to work better together!  This is also the Buddhist belief.  I teach compassion.  Psychiatrists teach mental terror.

It was a real shock.  I could not believe that Canada allowed police to do that.  I had nothing left.  I lost my college job.  I didn't know what else to do.  I took training to become a school bus driver.  I passed the test in February 2013.

On 2 March 2013, police began criminal proceedings for the 3 Sept 2012 allegations.  Barrie courthouse prosecutors listed the offence "indictable".  That means the police used information that is older than 6 months.  Specifically, police used the same false rumours from August 2012.  The police were not allowed to do that because detective Brian Read said that I was already imprisoned for that information.  The action of the police is against The Constitution Of Canada.  The Canadian prosecutors had a choice.  The prosecutors could help me correct the 3 Sept 2012 injustice, or they could help the Barrie police try to hide this global news story.

The Barrie courthouse prosecutors tried to get me back into a hospital.  The first prosecutors were Kevin Sisk and Kathryn Hull.  They really tried their best.  I spent the next 16 months arguing with prosecutors for my right to defend against the allegations of doctors in court of law!  Prosecutors also kept me in solitary confinement for the whole 16 months.  I was only allowed to leave my jail cell for 20 minutes per day.  Many days I was not allowed out at all.  The longest I went without a shower was 11 days, but I'm certain everyone will deny that that happened.  The international law commission defines that as torture.

When the trial finally came, the judge was Mr. Gregory_Mulligan.  Mr. Mulligan directly denied me to submit the 4 Sept 2012 police report as evidence.  The police report was necessary to show that I was presumed guilty.  Mr. Mulligan then allowed the Mormon witnesses to commit perjury in open court.  I submitted evidence to show the Mormons were lying, and the judge decided to ignore the evidence.

The judge put me back into a hospital prison on 30 June 2014.  The trial ended.  The judge announced that I was released.  But I went from prison into prison.  I was never released.  The hand-cuffs never came off.  The next day was a holiday.  Everyone was on vacation.  On 30 June 2014, I was handcuffed onto an RVH hospital bed.  I couldn't get up.  I stayed stuck to the bed until 2 July 2014.  On 2 July 2014, an ambulance took me with handcuffs to another hospital.

My wife is Taiwanese.  She is amazing.  She helped me post a lot of information onto the internet from prison.  On 3 July 2014, I showed the doctor that I was advertising everything on the internet.  I bought the website http://talk2dream.com in 2012.  The doctor released me right away.  A week later, I was arrested for sharing this same story on the internet.  The date of the third arrest was 11 July 2018.

An important court date is 3 July 2015.  It occurred at The City Of Barrie courthouse.  The file number is C-14-6966.  On 3 July 2015, I asked one doctor in court why doctors would not permit their victims to record what the victims said to the doctors.  The psychiatrist was Mr. James Karagianis.  He was afraid of me.  He asked the court to make an order to stop me from talking to him.  And the court made the order while I was in jail at his hospital!  Anyway, Mr. Karagianis told the court that he will not allow any patient to record what patients say to doctors.  The only excuse that Mr. Karagianis gave the court is that Mr. Karagianis is afraid that I will advertise what really happens in a hospital prison on the internet.

I can also sell this story to mainland China for free.  I think mainland China will greatly appreciate the ability to advocate for international justice.  In fact, if Taiwan does not accept the petition, it is directly a human rights claim.  Thereafter, mainland China can use The Nuremberg Principles of The International Law Commission to conquer the Taiwan government legally in international court.  If China commits another 330 million USD to buy more ammunition from the U.S.A. like Taiwan did before the U.S.A. agreed to support Taiwan, then the U.S.A. must support One China.  Additionally, Russia dislikes the Catholic Church as much as China,  and Sri Lankan students are abused in Taiwan.  I do prefer Taiwan and my wife lives here.  I hope the Taiwanese government will decide to accept my petition against Canada.

The Taiwan government has a constitution.  Articles 141 and 171 of The Republic Of China (Taiwan) Constitution directly support this story.  I am legally permitted to work in Taiwan as a teacher provided I continue to advocate for international justice.

Canada has more land in America than The U.S.A.  It is also one of the most sparsely populated countries in the world.  It has only about 30 million people.  The first law I will change after The Mental Heath Act, is The Immigration Act.  Chinese immigrants will be given priority.  In effect, pledge to extend "One China" into America.  The U.S.A. can keep its crumbling political towers.  Canada will become the new leader for the One World Government.  We have a World Bank.  We need a true worldwide government.

My intention is to offer all Chinese nationals the right of residency in Canada.  In exchange, Taiwan receives international recognition as a country equal to China.  One country is communist, the other is democratic.  That can be their remaining political distinction.

Mormons accused me of being the antichrist.  Yet, I publicly advocate for the same spirit of Jesus Christ that challenged The Roman Empire over 2000 years ago.  Do you really believe the mother of Jesus was a virgin?  Why do you think the first thing the new Roman Catholic Government did was to burn all the history books?

The only way to achieve worldwide peace is to stop arguing about the common idea behind the word God.  Mainland China is currently leading the rest of the world in one important way.  All countries in the world must ensure that all religious organizations are registered with the local government.
